1. How does Hawkeye work?

Hawkeye connects to cloud environments like AWS, Azure, GCP, to collect telemetry data such as resource configurations, logs, and metrics. It analyzes this data to detect issues and provide real-time insights. Users can set up connections, create projects, and start investigation sessions where they interact with Hawkeye to query data and receive recommendations.

2. How long can I keep querying Hawkeye? Is there a limit?

There is no time limit for querying Hawkeye during an active session. You can continue querying until your investigation is complete. Sessions remain active as long as needed, and you can start a new session anytime if necessary.

3. Can I see previous sessions of my investigation on the Hawkeye dashboard?

Yes, all previous sessions are saved and accessible from the sessions list on the Hawkeye dashboard. You can revisit prior sessions to review your past queries and analysis at any time.

4. How do I start an investigation session in Hawkeye?

After creating a project in Hawkeye, navigate to the Projects section, select your project, and start a session. The first time you open a project, you’ll automatically enter a new session. Future sessions can be started by selecting the “New Session” button on the project page.
