Second Quarter 2025
Incident Routing & Automated Investigation Enhancements
- Added ability to route incidents from any alert source into one or more Hawkeye projects, with dashboards showing all routed incidents.
- Grouped incidents now display under their earliest parent incident.
- Introduced Investigation Instructions to trigger automatic investigations for specific incident types, with a configurable holding period to account for telemetry lag.
- Pending investigations can be canceled if the incident is resolved.
- Added System Instructions to guide investigations for more accurate results.
Kloudfuse Integration
We’ve added integration with Kloudfuse, enabling unified observability across metrics, traces, and logs. This connection provides a comprehensive view of application performance and reliability, helping teams quickly identify, investigate, and resolve issues.
incident.io Integration
Our new incident.io integration streamlines incident management by pulling in active incidents, timelines, and status updates. This ensures Hawkeye dashboards reflect real-time incident data, improving coordination and response times during critical events.
FireHydrant Integration
The FireHydrant connection allows teams to sync incidents, postmortems, and status pages directly into Hawkeye. By consolidating incident data alongside your other observability sources, this integration improves visibility and accelerates the incident resolution process.
Private VPC Deployment Support
We now support installing and running Hawkeye entirely within a customer’s Virtual Private Cloud (VPC). This enhancement includes three key elements: upgrading network infrastructure to operate fully within a private VPC, internalizing repositories for secure and isolated access, and centralizing observability to minimize external connectivity requirements. Together, these changes provide greater control over data, improved security, and streamlined operations for customers with strict compliance or privacy needs
